Our design experts take our resident’s valuable feedback to further improve our future developments.
The design process
After taking feedback from our current residents, we divide our design process into 3 steps:
Zoning
Allocating the functions and needs in the space via zoning bubbles.
Concept Sketch
Sketching walls around the functional zones to define the interior areas, relocating the functions if necessary.
Final Drawing
Revising the technical layouts to ensure correct spacing and sizes as per local regulations.
Furniture Layout
& Finishes Selection
Adding furniture to the approved layouts and selecting adequate interior finishes that best suit our interior aesthetic.
