Key Responsibilities: 
1. Project Planning & Execution 
  • Lead overall planning, coordination, and execution of residential civil construction activities from start to handover.
  • Develop detailed construction schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with design, MEP, and procurement teams for timely availability of drawings, materials, and resources. 
2. Team & Contractor Management 
  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure work is executed in line with project requirements.
  • Chair site meetings, review progress, and resolve site-level challenges in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Monitor manpower, equipment deployment, and site productivity. 
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance 
  • Ensure civil works (structure, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc.) meet quality standards and approved specifications.
  • Implement quality control processes, approve method statements, and address NCRs and technical issues.
  • Coordinate for third-party inspections, lab tests, and material approvals. 
4. Cost & Resource Management 
  • Review and certify civil-related contractor invoices and variation claims in coordination with the QS and cost control teams.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost control through resource optimization and value engineering.
  • Assist in procurement planning of civil materials and long-lead items. 
5. Regulatory & Authority Approvals 
  • Coordinate with local authorities (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense, Utility Authorities) for inspections and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. 
6. Progress Monitoring & Reporting 
  • Track daily/weekly progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
  • Prepare and submit periodic project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. 
7. Stakeholder Coordination 
  • Liaise with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams for interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Interface with sales, CRM, and facility management teams for smooth handover and client satisfaction. 
8. Risk & Issue Management 
  • Identify construction risks (e.g., delays, disputes, scope changes) and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve technical or contractual issues promptly in coordination with legal or contracts department. 
9. Safety & Site Discipline 
  • Ensure strict implementation of HSE protocols and promote a zero-incident culture.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance across all civil works on site. 
10. Project Handover & Close-Out 
  • Ensure timely completion of civil works, de-snagging, and readiness of units for handover.
  • Validate and collect all civil-related as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manuals.
  • Lead the close-out documentation and final completion certification. 
 
 Requirement 
  • Minimum years of total experience required-15 YRS +
  • Minimum years of experience in Dubai (UAE)-12YRS + 
Educational Qualification
  • BE civil with structural exp ME structure is advantageous 
  • Whether a SOE card is mandatory-Yes with DM G+4 exam, Also authority card plus points
  • Gender preference- Male only.

This role involves overseeing employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management and a trusted advisor to employees. 
Key Responsibilities: 
HR Policies & Compliance 
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and best practices
  • Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain and manage HR documentation and employee records 
Employee Relations 
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies 
Performance Management 
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and processes
  • Support managers in goal-setting, coaching, and performance improvement plans
  • Identify training and development needs 
Compensation & Benefits 
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and reward strategies
  • Benchmark salaries and benefits to ensure competitiveness
  • Manage leave, attendance, and other HR systems 
HR Strategy & Reporting 
  • Provide strategic input on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for senior leadership
  • Support change management and company-wide initiatives 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws, HR best practices, and HR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software 

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to support our administrative and sales teams in the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, data entry, CRM updates, offer creation, documentation, and support interdepartmental coordination in a fast-paced real estate development environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to the management and sales teams.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for contracts, client documents, and internal records.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, handle basic client queries, and welcome office visitors.
  • Manage meeting room schedules and support office coordination needs.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement with vendors as needed.

 

CRM & Data Entry:

  • Accurately input and update client data, leads, property listings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Maintain the integrity of client and deal records through regular checks and updates.
  • Track and report CRM activity logs, follow-up reminders, and lead status reports to the sales manager.

 

Sales & Offer Support:

  • Prepare and generate offer letters, reservation forms, and unit booking documents in coordination with the sales team.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, sales reports, and pricing sheets for internal and client use.
  • Support the creation of client presentation materials, brochures, and documentation packages.

 

Document Management & Coordination:

  • Assist with the documentation process related to property sales, government approvals, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to gather or dispatch required paperwork.
  • Follow up on signed agreements, cheques, or required forms from brokers or clients.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or sales coordination experience (real estate background is a plus).
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or real estate-specific CRMs).
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
